Emerging companies are often started by former employees of large corporations who noticed a market gap they could address when freed from bureaucratic hindrances. The innovators tend to be specifically dedicated and passionate about the niche they set off to improve, more so than individuals who work across the diluted offerings of corporations. Even with impressive revenue, it is challenging for corporations to truly be the best at everything from network security to mobile security. Clay Miller, CTO & Chief Software Architect
Clay has been an enterprise software architect for over 20 years with experience across a myriad of industries including security, compliance, finance and health care. He has deep experience with both historical and modern design patterns across a plethora of languages such as C#, C++, Objective-C, Android/Java, PHP, Python, MVC, Javascript, React, etc. He has experience with both traditional relational database designs as well as modern graph implementations and big data analysis methods for AI and ML.
Eric Katz, Senior Software Engineer
Eric is an accomplished software engineer with an extensive history of senior level roles. With nearly 30 years of experience, his professional track record extends across a broad range of industries, and includes companies such as Above Property, Pegasus Solutions, ASG Software Solutions, Glaxo SmithKline, Neighborhood America and MICRO Systems (Oracle). His expertise spans the entire software lifecycle from requirements and design to implementation and deployment. Eric has a deep passion for developing quality code and strives to find the best solutions for difficult situations. He is a Drexel University alum.
Kevin Lewis, Director of Development
Kevin has over 20 years of Information Technology experience in multiple industries, including healthcare, defense, and software – including over 15 years focused on mobility and security. He is an expert problem solver who can rapidly diagnose and resolve critical information technology issues. In previous roles, as an IT Director Kevin reduced costs and improved efficiency by implementing cloud based and mobile solutions for healthcare providers. As a software engineer, Kevin has developed and deployed both commercially available and internal software applications using a wide range of technologies. He is a Central University of Florida alum and currently holds his Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Mobile Device Security Analyst (GMOB), and is a member of the GIAC Advisory Board.
